how do I pay for my membership?
We accept Visa and MasterCard via our secure server. You will be billed automatically
every month for the service.
what if I want to change my design?
You can have a completely new web site at any time without losing your content. It
takes just minutes to select a new design for your site. You can even change the look
as often as the weather changes in South Dakota. And the best part is, it's free.
There are no additional charges for any design changes. It's as simple as logging
into your account and selecting the new design. Within a few clicks, you will have
a new look.
what if I don't like it?
If you have a problem, we are happy to assist. We stand behind our product 100%. If
you are not completely satisfied in the first 30 days, we will refund your money in

how do I edit my account information?
Login to your Member page and replace any existing information with the updated information.
Click Update.
how do I register a custom domain name?
To register your own domain name, click on the "Register a Domain" button, which takes
you to the name registration web site. This site allows you to search for and register
your own custom domain. Once your domain name is registered, click on the "Set Up
Your Domain" icon. Please note: it may take up to 72 hours for your domain to be registered.
how long does it take to get my web site online?
Your site can be up and running in under one hour.
how often can I update my site?
You have unlimited editing capabilities. You can change or update your site any time
of day, as often as you'd like.
do I need my own computer or Internet account?
You can sign up right now from any computer with Internet access and a browser, such
as Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. The only requirement is that you have
a valid e-mail address.
after I sign up for one package, can I upgrade?
Yes. Any time you feel you're ready for the next step up, you can upgrade or add options
to your site. When you log in, all you need to do is click on the manage account / package information link, select the desired options or upgrade and click the package button.
how do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account by first logging in. Click on manage account from
the menu bar and click on the billing information link. Then just click
on the Stop my Spot link and follow the instructions provided.
how do I change my credit card information?
Log in to your account and click manage account in the menu
bar. Click on the billing information link. Enter any changes in the fields provided and then
select edit to finish.
how do I change my password?
Log in to your account and click on the manage account button. Then click password change link. Enter your new password and click Change button.
how do I change my address or update my user profile?
Select the siteinfo tab, update the
fields as desired. To save your changes, click next and
your profile will be immediately updated.
do I need to have a domain name in order to sign up for the free trial?
For your 15-day free trial, you will be using a subdomain (example: www.espotrun.com/yourname). Once the trial period has ended and you subscribe
to our service, you will be asked to provide your own domain name (example: www.yourname.com). If you already have a domain you will enter it at that time and our support team would contact you for information on domain transfer. If you do not have an existing domain name, we will direct you in registering a new name.
how secure is my eSpotRun account?
Your account information is accessible only by you, and you can only gain access to
your account with your registered member name and password. For security reasons,
we encourage you to avoid distributing your login information, make sure your e-mail
account is secure (can not be accessed by others) and log out of your account at the
end of your session. (You can do so by clicking the log out button
in the upper right hand corner of the page).
I forgot my password. now what?
If you forget your login name or password, please fill out the forgot password form,
and we will send your login information to your registered e-mail address. Please
note our login system is case-sensitive.
To find the forgot password form:

Your password will be sent to the registered e-mail address for this account.
what if I get a notice telling me to renew my domain name?
(web site address)
Some disreputable companies will try to use scare tactics to get you to paying for
your domain through their company. They find your address and personal information
by searching public records for domain name owners. This can be very confusing as
well as misleading. As long as you are a paying member of eSpotRun (or have purchased
the domain name upgrade), eSpotRun will pay the cost of your domain registration and
renewal. Any such renewal notices can be ignored.
