trial period
All new customers are entitled to receive a 15-day complimentary trial period. During this time, no fees or charges will be incurred. You will be notified via e-mail at the end of the trial period, at which point you can terminate your temporary eSpotRun account, or sign up as a full member for one of the packages. During the free trial, you will be given a temporary domain name (a domain name is the "www" address that you type into a browser to get to a Web site). Your temporary domain will be through eSpotRun. For example, the address would be www.eSpotRun.com/yourbusiness. If you decide to sign up for the service, you will need to register your own domain name after the 15 day trial period has expired. Only one 15-day trial is allowed per customer.

If you are under the age of 18, you may only use eSpotRun with the involvement of a parent of guardian. eSpotRun reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at its sole discretion.

disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit at eSpotRun shall be submitted to confidential arbitration. eSpotRun may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of South Dakota, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
